Global Maritime Forum
We are pleased to present this Final Report of the Global Maritime Forum (GMF) 2021 on “Fathoming the Future: Examining Evolutionary Variables in a Multidimensional Maritime Domain,” the result of a partnership between the National Maritime Intelligence-Integration Office (NMIO) and the Applied Research Laboratory at the University of Hawai‘i (ARL at UH). This report offers a look inside these collaborations, including a series of recommendations to enhance maritime domain awareness (MDA).
